How to Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes

CLEARING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES
To erase Diagnostic Trouble Codes from the control module memory, temporarily disconnect the ground wire from the check terminal and then re-connect the check terminal to ground three times for a period of at least one second. The ABS warning lamp should remain ON while erasing the malfunction (trouble) codes, and should go out after the erase mode has been completed. After erasing the malfunction (trouble) codes, rerun the self-diagnostic mode to verify that the malfunction (trouble) codes no longer appear.
