Passenger Air Bag Deactivation Switch Lock Cylinder





Passenger Air Bag Deactivation Switch Lock Cylinder
REMOVAL
Before servicing SRS, turn ignition switch OFF, disconnect both battery cables and wait for at least 3 minutes.

1. Remove cluster lid-C.
2. Disengage the two locking tabs from the passenger air bag deactivation switch lock cylinder and remove the passenger air bag deactivation switch.
3. Remove two retaining screws from the cluster lid-C and remove the passenger air bag deactivation switch lock cylinder.

INSTALLATION

NOTE:
- Be sure that the passenger air bag deactivation switch and lock cylinder is connected and in the same position as during removal for proper engagement.
- To install, reverse removal procedure.
- After replacement, perform self-diagnosis for SRS. Refer to "SRS Operation Check".
