Power is supplied at all times:
- through 10 A fuse (No.[39], located in the fuse and fusible link box)
- to lighting switch terminal (11).
With the ignition switch in the ON or START position, power is supplied:
- through 10 A fuse [No.[11], located in the fuse block (J/B)]
- to combination meter terminal (29).
The lighting switch must be in parking lamp (1ST) or headlamp ON (2ND) position for illumination.
The illumination control switch controls the amount of current to the illumination system. As the amount of current increases, the illumination becomes brighter.




The following chart shows the power and ground connector terminals for the components included in the illumination.
The ground for all of the components is controlled through terminal control switch and body grounds (M14) and (M68).
