Lower Ball Joint

1. Separate knuckle spindle from upper and lower links. Refer to steering knuckle removal procedure.
2. Check ball joint for vertical end play "A". Replace ball joint if movement is beyond specifications. "A: is 0.1 - 1.3 mm (0.004 - 0.051 inch)
3. Check dust cover for damage.
4. Replace dust cover and dust cover clamp if necessary.
