INSPECTION PROCEDURE 6: Water leak through the rear 5-bow area

TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS

- Improper adjusted rear 5-bow

CAUTION:
The weatherstrip holder has been adjusted at factory. Do not make an adjustment unless absolutely necessary.

DIAGNOSIS

STEP 1. Check the tonneau cover.

Q. Is the tonneau cover deformed?

YES Replace the tonneau cover.
NO Go to Step 2.
STEP 2. Check the contact between the tonneau cover and the rear 5-bow.

Q. Is the rear 5-bow pressed against the tonneau cover securely?

YES Return to Step 1.
NO Adjust the rear 5-bow in the direction where the tonneau cover is pressed. (Refer to Adjustments.)
