[How to select the tumbler when the tumbler layout information can be obtained by the key code]
1. From the key code select the proper tumbler combinations required to make a functional lock, reference key biting and tumbler placement chart (refer to table 1).

2. Insert a spring in each of the spring pockets.

3. Glove lock uses notch depths 5 though 8. Insert the required numbered tumblers (starting with the number 5 notch) based on the key code in each of the tumbler wards.

4. Depress the tumblers until till you feel a snap. The tumblers should be secure and above the diameter of the cylinder body.

5. Insert key in lock to check if the lock has been coded correctly. The tumblers should drop and be in line the diameter of the cylinder plug. If any of the tumblers are above the diameter of the cylinder plug remove that tumbler and insert the correct tumbler number and verify.

6. Follow the installation process to the latch.

Otherwise, the wrong tumbler is selected. If the wrong tumbler has been selected, remove the tumbler No. 1, and set the tumbler in the order from No. 2 to 4. Then, check the key insertion state and select the tumbler which does not protrude from the cylinder plug.
