Gear Oil Level Check

GEAR OIL LEVEL CHECK

1. Remove the filler plug.





2. Check that gear oil level is not 8 mm (0.3 inch) below the bottom of filler plug hole.
3. If the gear oil level is not between the upper limit and lower limit, add the specified gear oil below the bottom of filler plug.
Specified gear oil: MITSUBISHI Genuine DIAQUEEN LSD gear oil
4. Tighten the filler plug to the specified torque (Refer to Differential Carrier Assembly Reassembly).
