1. Remove the check valve (Refer to Master Cylinder Assembly and Brake Booster Assembly Removal and Installation [Except Ralliart] Master Cylinder Assembly and Brake Booster Assembly Removal and Installation [Ralliart]).

Replace the check valve when it is faulty.

Using a vacuum pump, check operation of the check valve.
