ECM REPROGRAMMING FOR P0145- HEATED 02 SENSOR (3rd) CIRCUIT SLOW RESPONSE

This bulletin supercedes TSB-10-13-009, issued September, 2010, to add affected vehicles. Changes are italicized and indicated by <.

PURPOSE

On some affected vehicles certified for California emissions, DTC P0145 may set in the ECM due to incorrect programming. In this case, the O2 sensor may not be defective and should not be replaced. If DTC P0145 returns after reprogramming, diagnose according to the service manual.

This TSB describes the procedures to follow to reprogram the ECM to correct the condition.
