DOOR HANDLE AND LATCH

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

CAUTION: When the door lock cylinder of the vehicle with WCM is replaced as a full service key set, the key must be registered with the barcode No. attached to the ignition key. (Refer to wireless control module, ID Code Registration Criteria Table)
















Required Special Tool:
- T-type Long Torx Wrench (T30)

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

[[A]] DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE COVER REMOVAL







Prepare a tool as shown to remove the door outside handle cover.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

]]A[[ DOOR CHECK INSTALLATION







Install the door check with the following identification marks facing upward.







]]B[[ DOOR INSIDE HANDLE INSTALLATION

When connecting the inside cable to the door inside handle, ensure that the door latch and the inside handle are locked.

]]C[[ DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE BASE INSTALLATION







Prepare a tool as shown, and tighten it to the specified torque.

Tightening torque: 4.0 ± 2.0 N.m (35 ± 17 in-lb)
