SEAT ASSEMBLY

FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Before removing the front seat assembly, refer to SRS, Service Precautions and Air Bag Module and Clock Spring.

Removal Steps 1-5:

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

[[A]] WIRING HARNESS CONNECTORS DISCONNECTION







Disconnect the following wiring harness connectors:







NOTE: When disconnecting the side air bag module connectors of D-30 and D-32, unlock the connector by sliding the locking button to the direction of the arrow as shown in the figure, and then disconnect the connector.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

1. Confirm that both the seat slides are locked, and then temporarily tighten all the bolts shown in the figure so that no load is applied to the front seat cushion.
2. Tighten all the bolts to the specified torque.
