DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART
NOTE: During diagnosis, a DTC code associated with other system may be set when the ignition switch is turned on with connector(s) disconnected. On completion, confirm all systems for DTC code(s). If DTC code(s) are set, erase them all.
NOTE:
- *: When the DTC relating to the CAN communication error are set, make sure of the vehicle equipment. When the vehicle is not equipped with the system the multi-center display unit communicates to, the DTC is always set. This is not abnormal.
- When DTC U1404: Dynamic Range Error (ID: 14D) is set to scan tool MB991958, refer to DTC U1120: Failure Information on Powertrain Control Module (Related to Engine). U1120
- When DTC U1415: Dynamic Range Error (ID: 1B1) or DTC U1423: Dynamic Range Error (ID: 570) is set to scan tool MB991958, refer to DTC U1128: Failure information on combination meter. U1128
