REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Removal Steps 1-12:

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

]]A[[ EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE GASKET INSTALLATION





Install a new gasket in the position shown in the illustration.

]]B[[ INJECTORS INSTALLATION





1. Apply clean gasoline to the O-ring.
2. Insert the injector into the fuel rail.
3. Make sure the injector rotates smoothly. If not, remove the injector to check the O-ring. for damage, and replace the O-ring if necessary. Then, reinstall the injector and check that it rotates smoothly.

Install a new gasket so that the projection is positioned as shown in the illustration.
