NUMBER OF REAR DISC BRAKE SHIMS REDUCED - SERVICE MANUAL REVISION
PURPOSE
To change the service manuals to show the number of rear disc brake shims has been reduced from 4 to 1.
NOTE:
The shim is now installed in the outer pad only. The inner pad has no shims.
AFFECTED VEHICLE(S)
2008-2009 Lancer built from early October 2008.
NOTE:
This bulletin also applies to earlier models where the shims are replaced with new parts.
