INSPECTION PROCEDURE 19: Even When The Vehicle Turns The Traffic Intersection, The Current Position Display (vehicle Position) Does Not Make A Turn.

TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS
- The navigation unit may be defective

DIAGNOSIS

Using the navigation unit service function, check that the gyro angle correction is normal.
Using the navigation unit service function, check that the gyro angle correction is completed when the wiring check is performed.

Q: Is the gyro angle correction normal?

YES : The procedure is complete (no abnormality).

NO : The gyro is abnormal. Therefore, replace the navigation unit. Check that the current position display (vehicle mark) moves normally when a turn is made at the intersection.
