ELIMINATION OF THE OIL ACCUMULATOR FOR 4G69 MIVEC ENGINE CYLINDER HEAD - SMR

PURPOSE
Due to the elimination of the accumulator in the cylinder head of the 4G69 engine, the mounting hole has also been eliminated. Engines produced from June 11 2007 have been built according to the new design. Service parts have also been superceded to the new type. When installing a new cylinder head on an affected vehicle that was originally built with the accumulator, do not reinstall the accumulator.
