6. Thoroughly clean the attachment area with 50/50 Isopropyl alcohol and water solution and allow to dry.

7. Use the applicator bottle provided in the repair kit to apply the adhesion promoter in one even coat to the area shown. The top cover should have a wet appearance where the promotor was applied.Allow to air dry for at least 2 minutes.

CAUTION
REFER TO THE TITE-R-BOND DATA SHEET SHOWN. USE IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA. AVOID DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE PROMOTER BY WEARING PROTECTIVE GLOVES, GOGGLES AND SUITABLE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING.

Note:
Avoid touching the adhesive side of the Velcro.

9. Place one hand on the back of the window and use a roller or the other hand to press on the Velcro so it is affixed securely to the rear window area.

Note:
A large 1/2 drive socket with an extension handle could also be used.

10. Reinstall the push pins holding the headliner to the # 5 bow.

11. Turn the ignition key on, lower the # 5 bow to the locked position and reattach the J-Hooks. Then turn the key off.

12. From inside the vehicle, reattach the headliner starting in the center and working outward.

CAUTION
