2006 EXTERIOR COLORS
There are thirty-nine (39) colors included in the 2006 model line-up. Twenty-eight (28) colors are carried over from previous years and eleven (11) are new. Also, there are three (3) two-tone exterior color combinations for the Montero. Regardless of the main body color, some Outlander models have front and rear bumpers and side sill plates painted in Medium Argent Silver (see Tables 1 and 2).

Per TSB #06-51-002: New Exterior Color Code for 2006 Raider
A new color, Brilliant Black (PXR), is used on Raider vehicles produced beginning 1/1/06. This new color replaces Carbide Black (PX8) which was used on vehicles produced up to December 2, 2005.

Table 1 contains Mitsubishi factory Color Codes and Model Applications. The new colors for 2006 are identified by bold characters.

Table 2 contains the manufacturers' stock numbers from several automotive refinish companies, which correspond with the Color Codes and Model Applications shown in Table 1. The new colors for 2006 are identified by bold characters.

Table 3 shows the two-tone color combinations for 2006 models.
