SERVICE TIP:
All models with FWD. When servicing FWD front axle shafts and AWD rear axle shafts, you may find that two types of grease are included in the kit, if two different types of joints are used on the shaft. (Refer to the service manual to identify and confirm the type of joint used on the particular axle you are servicing.) If the kit contains NTG2218-M, use this grease on the BJ joint on the wheel side of the shaft. NKG205 is used for the DOJ joint on the transmission/differential side of the axle shaft.
