Cylinder head bolts
Step 1 108 ± 5 Nm (80 ± 4 ft. lbs.)
Step 2 Fully loosen all bolts in reverse tightening order
Step 3 108 ± 5 Nm (80 ± 4 ft. lbs.)
Intake manifold upper bolt 9 ± 1 Nm (80 ± 9 inch lbs.)
Intake manifold plenum stay bolt M8 18 ± 2 Nm (13 ± 1 ft. lbs.)
Intake manifold plenum stay bolt M10 35 ± 6 Nm (26 ± 4 ft. lbs.)
Manifold absolute pressure sensor bolt 4.9 ± 1 Nm (43 ± 9 inch lbs.)
Throttle body bolt 12 ± 1 Nm (104 ± 9 inch lbs.)
Intake manifold nut 22 ± 1 Nm (16 ± 1 ft. lbs.)
Exhaust manifold nut 44 ± 5 Nm (33 ± 4 ft. lbs.)
