VEHICLE INFORMATION CODE PLATE

Vehicle information code plate is riveted onto the bulkhead in the engine compartment.

The place shows model code, engine model, transaxie model, and body color code.

2001 EXTERIOR COLOR CODES AND MODEL APPLICATIONS

PURPOSE
This article contains complete exterior color information on all 2001 Mitsubishi Motors passenger vehicles.


The tables are as follows:

Use these tables when ordering refinishing materials from your local automotive paint dealer.


2001 EXTERIOR COLORS

There are thirty-six colors included in the 2001 model line-up. Twenty-nine colors are carried over from previous years and seven are new. Also, there are eleven two-tone exterior color combinations (Montero & Montero Sport).









Table II contains the manufacturers' stock numbers from several automotive refinish companies, which correspond with the Color Codes and Model Applications shown in Table I. The new colors for 2001 are identified by bold characters.






Table III shows the two-tone color combinations for 2001 models.
