TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The cause could be a malfunction of the radiator fan motor or an open circuit between the fan control module and the radiator fan motor.

DIAGNOSIS
Replace the radiator fan motor and fan control module assembly. Then confirm that the radiator fan operates correctly.
