Input Signal Inspection Points:

When Using a Scan Tool
1. Connect the scan tool to the data link connector.

CAUTION: Always turn the ignition switch OFF before disconnecting or connecting the scan tool.

2. If buzzer of the scan tool sounds once when a switch is operated (ON/OFF), the ETACS-ECU input signal for that switch circuit system is normal.
