REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

]A[ Water Pipe/O-Ring Installation





1. Wet the O-ring (with water) to ease assembly.

CAUTION: Keep the O-ring free of oil or grease.

]B[ Turbocharger Assembly Installation





1. Install the cone disc spring in the shown direction
2. Tighten the turbocharger mounting bolts and nuts to 27 - 31 Nm (20 - 22 ft. lbs.).





3. Use the special tool or similar to tighten 60° - 70° more.
