Automatic Transmission

REMOVAL
1. Drain transfer oil.
2. Remove front exhaust pipe.
3. Follow removal steps outlined in illustration.

NOTE: Removal service points as follows:





A. Transfer assembly removal. (1)

CAUTION:
- Do not damage the oil seal lip of the transfer.
- Use the special tool to cover the transaxle case to prevent oil from gushing out or foreign materials from getting into the transaxle case.

INSTALLATION
Installation in reverse order as removal.

NOTE: Operational steps after installation as follows:
1. Fill transfer oil.
2. Install front exhaust pipe.
