Disassembly and Assembly

Master Cylinder Assembly:

1. Remove the reservoir bracket, hose and cap assembly.
2. Remove the diaphragm, reservoir cap and filter.
3. Remove the float, reservoir, pin and level sensor.
4. Remove the retainer, connector and grommet.

Remove Piston Stopper Bolt:

Remove Piston Stopper Ring:

5. Remove the piston stopper bolt and stopper ring, while depressing the piston.
6. Remove the primary and secondary piston assemblies.
7. Inspect components and replace as necessary.
8. Reverse procedure to assemble.
