6: Blinking ABS Warning Light When Key Is on or When Starting

THE ABS WARNING LIGHT FLASHES ONCE AFTER THE IGNITION KEY IS TURNED TO "ON". THE LIGHT ILLUMINATES WHEN THE IGNITION KEY IS TURNED TO "START", AND WHEN THE KEY IS RETURNED TO "ON", IT FLASHES ONCE

Inspection Procedure 6:

Comment
When power flows, the ABS-ECU turns on the warning light for approximately 1 second while it performs a valve relay test. If there is a break in the harness between the ECU and the warning light illuminates only when the valve relay is off in the valve relay test.

Probable Cause:
- Malfunction of the wiring harness or connector.
- Malfunction of ABS-ECU.
