Do not remove motor and link assembly for inspection purposes.

Fig. 29 Front Wiper Motor Inspection:

1. Connect battery to wiper motor terminals, Fig. 29, for low and high speed operation. Ensure motor operates at each speed when battery voltage is applied.
2. To inspect stop position operation, proceed as follows:
a. Run wiper motor at low speed, then remove battery voltage supply and stop motor.
b. Reconnect battery, Fig. 29; ensure motor runs at low speed until it reaches its automatic stop position.
