Fig. 5 Wiper & Washer Switch Terminal Identification:

1. Select intermittent wiper operation while measuring voltage at steering column switch terminal 7, Fig. 5. Voltage should alternate between zero and battery voltage.
2. If voltage remains at zero, inspect intermittent wiper relay or switch. Replace as necessary.
3. If voltage indication remains at battery voltage, inspect intermittent wiper relay. Replace as necessary.
