Final Adjustments

FINAL ADJUSTMENTS

1. With the glass completely up and the door closed, run your finger along the top of the window drip molding. If you can feel the top edge of the glass, adjust up-stops as necessary. (See "Height Adjustment".) After adjustments, roll the window completely down, then completely up. Then recheck measurements.

2. Check the top edge of the delta trim. It should be 1 to 1-1/2 mm below the edge of the glass.

If necessary, adjust the delta trim as follows:

a. Loosen the three delta trim screws.

b. Rotate the delta trim until it is 1 to 1-1/2 mm below the door glass.

c. Tighten the trim screws.

d. To prevent window noise, be sure the lower delta weatherstrip is properly installed.

3. Ensure that the door mirror seal (inside the door) is properly positioned to prevent wind and water leakage. The seal should fit snugly around the trim.

4. Reinstall the window switch and door panel.
