Procedure C

1. Remove the door trim panel.

2. Remove the delta sash/door mirror assembly.

3. Remove the door trim (outer beltline moulding).





4. Fold six pieces of foam tape over the body flange where the beltline moulding attaches. Space the tape about 55 mm to 60 mm apart starting at 220 mm from the front edge of the flange (about 20 mm behind the rear edge of the delta sash mounting area).

5. Install the outer beltline moulding over the tape and tighten.

6. Install the delta sash/door mirror assembly and the door trim panel.

7. Check to make sure the rattle is eliminated.
