Lower Control Arm

1. On models with aero parts, remove lower arm cover.

2. Remove stabilizer link, Fig. 31.
3. On models with ABS, remove speed sensor clamp bolts.
4. Remove lower arm assembly and knuckle connecting bolt.
5. Remove lower arm assembly mounting bolt, then lower arm assembly.

6. Loosen toe control arm joint and knuckle connection using steering linkage puller tool No. MB991113 or equivalent. Tie cord from tool to vehicle, then loosen but do not remove nut, Fig. 32.

7. Scribe installation reference marks on toe control arm assembly mounting bolt, Fig. 33, then remove bolt and toe control arm assembly.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
