Without Scan Tool

1. Turn the ignition switch to "OFF".
2. Disconnect the battery cable from the battery negative terminal for 10 seconds or more, then reconnect the cable.
3. Turn the ignition switch to "ON", read the diagnostic trouble codes and check that a normal code is output.
