Rear

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove driveshaft from companion flange.
3. Remove caliper assembly and support to frame using suitable wire.
4. Turn hub several times to seat bearings.
5. Using a suitable spring scale, measure rotary starting torque.
6. If starting torque is not 6 inch lbs. or less, ensure torque of axle hub companion flange nut is correct. If flange torque is correct, replace axle hub bearing.
