Required Service Operations

1. Provide skilled Service Technician assistance to the ASC Service Engineer to complete the upgrade. The repair steps of this upgrade are listed in the adjacent table.

2. Coordinate alternative transportation for customer as needed.

3. Upon completion of the upgrade, test drive the vehicle with the ASC Service Engineer to verify proper operation of the top and inspect the vehicle for any new damage to the vehicle interior or exterior.

4. Wash and clean the interior and exterior of owner vehicles before returning to the customer.

5. For dealer in-stock units, ensure the new purchaser announcement letter is included with the vehicle's warranty materials.
