With Scan Tool

DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES CHECK

1. Turn the ignition key to the "LOCK" position.





2. Connect the scan tool (MUT or MUT-II). When connecting the scan tool (MUT-II) to a vehicle up to 1993 model, use the adapter harness supplied together.

Caution: Make certain that the ignition switch is at OFF when the scan tool is connected or disconnected.

3. Start the SRS diagnosis by conducting TEST 1 (SRS warning light does not extinguish) or TEST 2 (SRS warning light does not illuminate).
