Fill Pipe Restrictor:

Use dowel gauge to check restrictor opening [1].

Inspect for tampering, broken flap, excessive wear etc.

[1] N&W Manufacturing part number FRG-95, or equivalent, (must be made of non-sparking material, 1552 alloy suggested).
