Front Converter

1. Disconnect the Oxygen sensor(s) plug(s) from the wiring harness.
2. Unbolt crossover exhaust pipe from both warm-up catalytic converters and the under-body converter.
3. Remove crossover pipe from the vehicle.
4. Unbolt the front converter from the exhaust manifold and remove from the vehicle.
5. Reinstall using new gaskets, torquing exhaust nuts and bolts to 50 Nm (36 Ft. lbs.).
