Fan Blade: Testing and Inspection

1. Inspect fan blades for cracks or other signs of damage.
2. Inspect fan hub and bolt hole areas for cracks or other signs of damage.
3. Replace cooling fan if any portion appears to be cracked or otherwise damaged.
