Rental Vehicle Arrangements

As outlined in the UPGRADE SCHEDULING section of this bulletin, when a dealer receives a fax from Mitsubishi Customer Service confirming the customer appointment, the dealer should contact the customer to identify the customer's alternative transportation requirements. Some customers may wish to have the vehicle shipped via flat bed to the dealership. Others may wish to bring the vehicle to the dealership and pick up a rental vehicle. Still others may want someone to come to their home and drive the vehicle back to the dealership. When a rental vehicle is given to the customer under these conditions, offer them a rental vehicle classified as a premium level.
