Vehicle Speed Sensor: Description and Operation

PURPOSE / OPERATION
The Vehicle Speed Sensor is a reed switch. The Vehicle Speed Sensor is built into the speedometer and converts the transaxle gear revolutions into pulse signals, which are sent to Engine Control Module.
