Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect fan motor connection, then set heater control warm water flow knob to Hot position.
2. Drain coolant, then disconnect upper and lower hoses as well as overflow tube.
3. On models with automatic transaxle, disconnect ATF cooler hoses, then plug hoses and port.
4. Remove radiator mounting bolts, then the radiator and fan motor.
5. Remove fan motor from radiator.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
