Delayed Forward Engagement
A delayed forward engagement can be the result of a mis-assembly of the rear clutch drum and input shaft. 1989 and later KM175 series transaxles (including the KM176, 177, F4A21, F4A22 F4A23, F4A33, W4A32 and W4A33) use three slots in the turbine shaft to feed the three holes in the rear clutch drum. It is important that the holes in the drum line-up with the slots on the shaft.
