Manual Steering

1. Raise and support front of vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Remove shaft assembly and gearbox attaching bolt.
3. Remove tie rod end ball joint from knuckle using a suitable ball joint puller.
4. Remove dust cover band.
5. Remove gear housing clamp attaching bolts, then the gear housing clamps.
6. Remove gear housing mounting rubber, then the steering gear assembly.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
