Instrument Cluster Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.

2. Remove cover from instrument cluster panel, Fig. 17.
3. Remove cluster panel assembly attaching screws, then the cluster panel.
4. Remove instrument cluster attaching screws.
5. Disconnect speedometer cable from transaxle.

6. Pull instrument cluster rearward, then release speedometer adapter lock by turning adapter, Fig. 18.
7. Disconnect all wire connectors from rear of cluster, then remove cluster from instrument panel.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
