INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT




A WATER PIPE/O-RING INSTALLATION
1. Wet the O-ring (with water) to facilitate assembly.

CAUTION: Keep the O-ring free of oil or grease.

B TURBOCHARGER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION




1. Install the cone disc springs in the direction shown in the illustration.
2. Install the turbocharger mounting bolts and tighten to 27 to 31 Nm (20 to 22 ft.lbs.).




3. Using the special tool or an equivalent tool, tighten the bolts further 60 to 70 degrees.
