Fig. 14 Intake Manifold Assembly (Part 2 Of 2):

Remove intake manifold in numbered sequence, Fig. 13 and 14, noting the following:
1. Drain coolant as follows:
a. Place instrument panel temperature control lever in Hot position.
b. Carefully remove radiator cap.
c. Remove radiator drain plug.
2. Before disconnecting high pressure fuel line, release fuel pressure as outlined under Technician Safety Information.
3. Remove delivery pipe, fuel injector and regulator as an assembly.
