Brake Proportioning/Combination Valve: Testing and Inspection

Fig. 1 Proportioning Valve Pressure Gauge Test Connection:

1. Connect two pressure gauges to proportioning valve, one to the output side and one to the input side, Fig. 1.
2. Bleed system after connecting gauges.
3. Depress brake pedal and ensure measured values are within specifications.
