D. I.D. Plate and Underhood Label Instructions

To designate that the campaign procedures described in this bulletin have been completed on the vehicle:






1. Open the driver's door and place a punch mark over the 11th character on the B-pillar identification plate.






2. Using a ballpoint pen, enter your dealer code under the white flap on the Emission Recall Completed Label. Remove the white backing from behind the flap, and press the clear flap portion onto the label.






3. Affix the Emission Recall Completed Label on the underside of the hood in the location shown.
