Radio/Stereo: Service and Repair

On some models, the radio fuse is located on the rear of the radio. If radio fuse is to be replaced it is necessary to remove the radio.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove ashtray, then the two outer switches on center fascia panel.
3. Remove four center lower crash pad fascia panel attaching screws, then the panel.
4. Remove radio mounting screws.
5. Pull radio outward enough to gain access to rear of radio.
6. Disconnect antenna lead wire and electrical connector, then remove radio.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
